Vrátna – the nearest freeride area from Czech Republic and Poland

For all of you who are keen to discover those unmaintained trails and uneven terrains, we strongly recommend you to try our Chleb location with the abundance of tempting freeride zones! Take a cabin cableway Chleb to Snilovske sedlo and enjoy some excellent, long and undisturbed rides at Velky Krivan, Stoh or Chleb. Steep, north-oriented peaks assure perfect freeride conditions.

Few freeride areas are Velky Krivan for the beginners, Chlebske kotly for the right feeling of freedom and adventure, Bublen full of lovely trails and Stoh with the best powder snow.  There are also some steep and tough trails leading through the western wall of Steny, where you need to be aware of avalanches, dangerous rocks and bears as well as two freeride trails from Hromove – the right one is extremely steep and there is an avalanche danger. Of course there are lot of freeride options in Vratna and everyone will surely find their own freeride paradise!
